Please ensure that the correct funds arrive in the Logos
Unlimited account, you are responsible for paying any
transfer charges that are due for foreign transfers etc.
Any orders placed by those aged under 18 must be with the
consent of a parent or carer. Any information given by the child
must be with the consent of a parent or carer. The card holder
must be available to give information in cases where an under 18
is ordering.

Delivery
Goods will be dispatched on receipt of cleared payment.
Delivery charges are quoted when placing an order. Our standard
rates are:
UK - £1.50 per order
UK Guaranteed next day - £5.00
Worldwide Airmail delivery- £5.00 per order
Express Worldwide delivery by UPS - £65 per order
Standard UK delivery is arranged through Royal Mail First Class
Recorded Delivery. A signature will be required on receipt of
goods. If a delivery is unsuccessful, then a card is left to
arrange collection or redelivery. Delivery can be as fast as the
next working day, but please allow 5 working days.
The guaranteed next day delivery is arranged through Royal Mail
First Class Special Delivery. A signature is required on receipt
of goods. If a delivery is unsuccessful, then a card is left to
arrange collection or redelivery. Royal Mail aim to deliver all
special delivery items next day by 12 noon. Please note that we
can only guarantee delivery for the next day if the order is
placed before 4 pm Monday to Thursday.
Worldwide Airmail delivery is arranged through UK Royal Mail
First Class International Recorded Delivery. A signature will be
required on receipt of goods. Delivery times can vary from 2-10
working days.
Express Worldwide delivery by UPS is arranged through UPS
courier service. A signature will be required on receipt of
goods. Delivery times can vary from 2-4 working days.

Security
Orders placed online can be placed on our Secure Server order
form. On this form, contact and order details are transmitted
using SSL, the universally recognized security system for
transmitting encrypted information over the Internet. 128-bit
encryption is used when details are submitted on these secure
forms. Submitted card details are not stored on our server. Please
note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded for security
reasons when placing an order online.

Privacy Statement
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details
that you submit to us are kept secure. The details that you submit
to us will be kept to process orders only. You have the right to
withhold personal information that is not needed for the
transaction.
When processing an order, we require the details of the
credit/debit card to be used in payment as well as both a delivery
and billing address, e-mail address and contact number.
All information is collected in accordance with the Data
Protection Act 1998.
We also reserve the right to refuse the fulfillment of any
order in the event of an unsatisfactory verification of your
order. You can check the information that we hold by emailing us.
If you find any inaccuracies we will delete it or correct it
promptly. The personal information that we hold will be held
securely in accordance with our internal security policy. We do
however, reserve the right to pass on any details we hold to
relevant authorities in the interests of preventing crime. You
will be notified in the event of any information being transferred
outside the European Economic area.
Logos Unlimited will not knowingly pass on any details we hold
on customers or web site visitors to any third parties. We protect
the privacy of this personal information using our highly secure,
password-protected servers.
We reserve the right to use the e-mail addresses submitted to
us to occasionally notify you about important functionality
changes to the network of Logos Unlimited's web sites, new
services and special offers we think you'll find valuable.
We will give you the right to refuse any marketing e-mail from
us in the future. We monitor customer traffic patterns and site
usage to help us develop the design and layout of the Logos
Unlimited's network of web sites.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of
visitors to our site. This can include using a 'cookie' which
would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your
browser to prevent this happening.
The information collected in this way can be used to identify

Complaints Policy
We are committed to providing a high quality service.
We aim to deal effectively and fairly with any complaints and
comments to help maintain this.
If you have any complaints or comments that you would like to
make concerning our service they may be emailed to
customerservices@logosunlimited.co.uk.
Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days along
with a likely time scale for resolving the query that you have.
You will also be kept informed of the process of your query.
Logos Unlimited regularly check this system to ensure that it
works and is continually improving, ant comments regarding our
website or service are greatly appreciated.

Returns Policy
We operate a 7 days return period as
explained below.
All the products on sale from Logos Unlimited have met our high
quality-control standards. However, if you find a defect with any
product purchased, please e-mail us at:-

Goods which are defective on receipt can be returned within 7
days for a full refund or replacement. Goods found to be defective
within 7 days can also be returned for a full refund or
replacement.
Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be
replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense.
If you wish to return goods which are not faulty, we will
accept the return providing the goods are in a good clean
condition suitable for re-sale in the original packaging and
having not been used. These goods can be exchanged for other
products, subject to the difference in costs being addressed along
with a postage fee, or refunded, less postage and packing. A
handling fee of 20% will be made.
Please note that we DO NOT give refunds under any
circumstances for LED's and any software purchased from us.
Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that
was used for the purchase.
The above conditions are in addition to your statutory rights
which are not affected.

Fraud
Logos Unlimited will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods
by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the
relevant authorities.
Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded when
placing an order online.

Disclaimer
Please be aware that using unofficial products with your mobile
phone may invalidate your phone's manufacturer's Warranty. Logos
Unlimited is not responsible for any damage caused to your phone.
